Specialized Testing Procedures

Heart Rate Accuracy Test

  1. Wear device on non-dominant wrist
  2. Wear Polar H10 chest strap simultaneously
  3. Perform 30-minute workout protocol:
    • 5 min warm-up (Zone 1-2)
    • 10 min steady state (Zone 3)
    • 5 × 1 min intervals (Zone 4-5)
    • 5 min cool-down (Zone 1-2)
  4. Export data and calculate correlation coefficient
  5. Identify lag time and anomalies

GPS Accuracy Test
